As we know, the Prophet Muhammad blessed by Allah SWT with Al-Quran as the last book of guidance. Quran is the reference for Muslims in the field of religion, science and so on.
If the book is the revelation of Allah SWT, then, there is no doubt in it.
Prayer, as we understand is a system of Islamic Prayer or worship or devotion to the Creator of the universe, Allah SWT.
The greatness of this prayer is very important and is enshrined in the history of Islam itself, that is, in the event of Isra and Mi’raj and it is the second Pillar of Islam.
Times of Islamic Prayers that have been obliged:
- Zuhr Prayer – Timing begins when the sun slips into the west, and ends at the time of the shadow of an object is the same length as the right thing.
- Asr Prayer – The time starts when, after Zuhr, when the shadow of an object as long as the object and ends after sunset.
- Maghrib Prayer – Timing begins when, sunset and ends when the red clouds had disappeared.
- Isha Prayer – The time starts when, after the loss of red clouds until dawn.
- Subuh Prayer – Timing begins when, after dawn until sunrise.
The importance of this Islamic Prayer is the strengthening of faith in Allah SWT the Creator of the universe. Allah SWT has promised reward, and the benefits to those who pray.
Islamic Prayer is also a source of energy and strength.
There are several studies that have been conducted to prove the prayer to give strength to body and spirit.
To understand how Islamic Prayer works, various scientific studies have been conducted to understand why this prayer obliged at certain times.
Allah SWT knows everything before the existence of the word “science”.
Allah SWT has set prayers at certain times is not for the fun of it. Everything that Allah SWT has ordained, will not be harmful to humans except those who do mischief.
Natural Color Spectrum
Subuh Prayer
Allah SWT has made the dawn is in light blue color spectrum corresponding to the frequency of thyroid affecting the body’s metabolism.
Thus, in light blue at dawn, had a secret connection with the bidder, sustenance and communications.
For those who are often left prayers at dawn, or a delayed manner over and over again, eventually will face problems related to communication and sustenance.
This is because the natural energy of blue light can not be absorbed by the thyroid, which must take place in a state of soul and body together (simultaneity of space and time) – in other words getting out of bed.

The spectrum of colors at this time related to the frequency of the prostate, uterus, ovaries and testes contained in the human reproductive system.

Maghrib Prayer
By dusk, Allah SWT the Almighty has made natural color changed to red and at this time we are often advised by older people to avoid being outdoors.
This is because the spectrum of colors at this time, approaching the frequency of spirits and demons (infra-red) and this means that spirits and demons at the time, very energetic because of their resonance with nature.
Those who are traveling also preferably stopped at this time and performed the Maghrib prayer first, as many interference (diffraction) occurs at this time that can confuse our eyes.

Isha Prayer
When the time for Isha prayers, Allah SWT has set natural color changes to the color Indigo and subsequently entered a phase of darkness.

After midnight, nature begins to shine again in white, pink and purple, which is in turn equal to the frequency of the pineal gland, the pituitary, the thalamus and the hypothalamus.
The body should rise again at this time and in Islam, this time called Qiyamullail.

We as Muslims should be thankful, because we have been blessed by Allah SWT with prayer, without the need for us to figure out how to absorb the energy of the universe.
This fact should convince us that Allah SWT has obliged upon us to pray, to compassion and loving Him as the Creator because He knew his servant is most in need.
